As we navigate the shifting tides and hold the losses that our bodies have carried, we welcome storytelling and movement as a way of creating a container for these stories to live outside of us. Whether you are traversing a pregnancy loss more recently or in the past, you are welcome to join us for this new monthly offering of being in shared space of grief, love and all other feelings in between that deserve a space to land and be held.
All pregnancy loss experiences are welcome in the space of RETURNing to ourselves, whether you have experienced abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a child. In this space we will share a heart-centered herbal cacao elixir, dive into body integration and movement, collectively share our stories and close with introspection and journaling.
