As your birth companion, I am here to walk alongside you—before, during, and after birth—offering grounded, compassionate support every step of the way. I support you in preparing for labor and accompany you throughout the birthing process to help create a safe, healthy, and empowering experience for you and your baby.

My care weaves together informational, emotional, physical, spiritual, and nutritional support. I also assist in communicating your needs to medical staff and birth attendants, helping to ensure your voice is heard. With a focus on education and empowerment, I hold space for you to make informed choices that align with your values and vision for birth.

Every offering is tailored to your unique needs. Support may include massage, aromatherapy, relaxation and visualization techniques, acupressure, herbal guidance, Rebozo support, birthing ball positioning, music, and other comfort measures. My role is to honor your body’s wisdom, nurture your confidence, and advocate for your well-being as you move through this sacred transition.
